Welcome to GSO Fishing, operated by Gunnison Sports Outfitters, LLC (“GSO Fishing,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gsofishing.com and any related websites, online stores, educational platforms, content, products, services, digital downloads, and guided fishing trips (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases through our Services.

Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. GSO Fishing is not responsible for delays, losses, returned shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received before products are shipped unless other payment arrangements have been approved by GSO Fishing.

Course access is provided as described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, course access is granted for the duration specified on the product sales page and is not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

GSO Fishing reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or discontinue educational content at its discretion.

Any unauthorized use of course materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action to protect GSO Fishing’s intellectual property rights.

Educational content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful fishing information, we do not guarantee fishing success, specific catch rates, business results, or any particular outcome from implementing the techniques, strategies, or recommendations presented in our content.

7. GUIDED FISHING TRIPS

Fishing involves outdoor activities and inherent risks.

Participation in guided fishing trips is voluntary, and participants assume all risks associated with outdoor recreation, boating, fishing activities, travel, and changing environmental conditions.

By participating in a guided trip, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Water conditions
  • Boating risks
  • Slips, falls, and personal injury
  • Wildlife encounters
  • Equipment-related injuries

Fishing success is never guaranteed.

Fish behavior, weather, water conditions, regulations, and seasonal factors can affect fishing results.

GSO Fishing reserves the right to:

  • Modify trip plans
  • Change launch locations
  • Adjust target species
  • Shorten, postpone, or cancel trips

when necessary for safety, weather, water conditions, equipment concerns, government restrictions, wildfires, road closures, drought-related access issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any required fishing licenses and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refund and cancellation policies may vary depending on the product or service purchased.

Specific cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking or purchase will control.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Physical products may be returned only if unused and in original condition
  • Digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted
  • Guided trip deposits and trip payments are governed by the booking policies in effect at the time of reservation

  • Product designs
  • Videos
  • Articles
  • Graphics

is owned by or licensed to GSO Fishing and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
