Shipping / Policies

Since the launch of our first boat in 2006, we have striven to provide the best experience imaginable when guests are out on the lake with us. While our guide service has expanded over the years we are still the same family-based company we started out as. Our retail shop is no different. We want you to have the best experience possible so if you have any questions send us a message on Facebook or visit our Contact Us page and give Andy a call.

We take extra care packaging every item to ensure it’s safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed, and we have received your payment, your item(s) will be dispatched in one to three business days unless it is a custom order. If you purchase and pay for an item after 1:00 pm (Mountain Time) on Friday, we will not ship your package out until the following Monday (excluding holidays) or depending on the USPS schedule.

We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Contact us if you wish to have your item shipped by a different method than USPS. There may be higher shipping costs for other methods.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

We do not accept returns at this time unless the item was damaged during the shipping process. If the item was damaged then it must be returned to us within one week or be postmarked within one week of contacting us. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will refund your order and the return postage price.

We can also ship any of our items as a gift! During checkout just include this detail in the note section of the invoice or email us. Please also include if you would like the receipt sent to you separately. Sorry, but at this time we do not offer gift wrapping.
