SHIPPING, RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

GSO Fishing, operated by Gunnison Sports Outfitters, LLC (“GSO Fishing,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), strives to provide excellent customer service and clear expectations regarding shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. SHIPPING POLICY
We take great care in packaging and preparing every order for shipment.
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within one to three (1–3) business days after payment has been received and cleared.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM Mountain Time on Friday may not ship until the following business day. Processing times may also be affected by weekends, holidays, weather events, wildfires, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Custom orders, special orders, and made-to-order products may require additional processing time.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Most orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or another carrier selected by GSO Fishing.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and are not guaranteed by GSO Fishing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses supplied during checkout.
2. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
To assist with any shipping claim, please retain:
- The damaged product
- Original packaging
- Shipping materials
- Photographs of the damage
If a product is determined to have been damaged during shipping, GSO Fishing may, at its discretion:
- Replace the product
- Issue store credit
- Provide a refund
Lost package claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
3. RETURNS
At this time, GSO Fishing does not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are considered final unless a product arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at gunnisonsportsoutfitters@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged or defective product
- Photographs of the packaging, if applicable
If we determine that the product was damaged during shipping or is defective, GSO Fishing may, at its discretion:
- Replace the product
- Issue store credit
- Provide a refund
We reserve the right to request additional information before approving any replacement, credit, or refund.
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except in cases of damage or defect:
- Fishing tackle
- Soft plastics
- Jig heads
- Apparel
- Clearance or closeout items
- Custom products
- Special-order products
- Digital products
- Downloadable content
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COURSES, AND EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Due to the nature of digital products, online courses, webinars, downloadable content, and educational materials, all sales are generally final.
Once access to digital content has been granted, refunds will not be provided unless otherwise stated on the applicable product sales page.
If you experience technical issues accessing purchased content, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
5. GUIDED FISHING TRIPS
Guided fishing trips are subject to changing weather, water conditions, access restrictions, equipment issues, government actions, and other factors beyond our control.
Fishing success is never guaranteed.
Specific cancellation and deposit requirements communicated at the time of booking will govern each reservation.
GSO Fishing reserves the right to cancel, postpone, shorten, reschedule, or modify trips due to:
- Unsafe weather conditions
- Wildfires
- Road closures
- Reservoir access restrictions
- Equipment failures
- Government restrictions
- Safety concerns
- Other circumstances beyond our control
If GSO Fishing cancels a trip due to conditions beyond the client’s control, we may offer rescheduling, trip credit, or a refund at our discretion.
6. CLIENT CANCELLATIONS
Client cancellation policies may vary depending on the trip type, season, and booking terms communicated at the time of reservation.
If a client cancels a guided trip, any refund, credit, or forfeiture of deposits will be determined according to the cancellation terms in effect when the trip was booked.
Failure to appear for a scheduled trip without prior notice may result in forfeiture of all payments made.
7. POLICY CHANGES
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
