Blue Mesa Perch (6-12 fillets)
(Note: Any kind of fish will work with this recipe)
Powdered Taco Seasoning (1 package)
Oil (3 tsp)
Corn Tortillas (6-12)
Toppings (coleslaw, salsa, pico de gallo, cilantro, etc.)

Directions:
Sprinkle powered taco seasoning on fish fillets.
Grill or pan fry fillets until crispy on outside.
Pan sear the corn tortillas
Top with your choice of toppings. Ryan prefers cabbage and onion slaw that he mixes with an avocado, cilantro and lime salad dressing he buys from the grocery store.
